Our student attitude levels are aligned with our school ethos, rules and core skills. Each student is awarded an attitude level on 5 point scale (1-5) three times a year, reported to students and parents. This scale encourages aspiration, celebrates the students’ attitude, rewarding with recognition whilst supporting and encouraging growth to move up the scale.

With clear criteria for success, the scale communicates why a student has been recognised as this attitude level, encouraging conversations between students, teacher and parents with specific examples on how to improve. We have separate a separate Home Learning measure (A,B,C)
