Summer 2026

The Exam Period is fast approaching.  Please find all the information below available to parents.  Alternatively, please click this link to take you to the Exams Page for Students.

The booklet in the "Timetable during GCSE exams. Where should I be" link above covers the period up to May half term. This booklet has been designed to help students plan and prioritise their study effectively from now until half term.

We will be producing a second booklet for the period after half term, which will be issued on Friday 22 May.

The booklet shows one day per page and clearly sets out:

  • The exams scheduled for that day
  • Which lessons are running for Year 11
  • Any alternative arrangements, such as mandatory revision sessions that replace normal timetabled lessons

For example:

  • Tuesday 12 May, Period 4: Students in T Band must attend a Biology revision session instead of their English lesson
  • Wednesday 13 May: Students in R Band must attend a Maths revision session instead of their science lesson

During the Year 11 assembly on Friday 01 May, students were given clear guidance about where they should be during the exam period. The order of priority is as follows:

  1. In an exam
  2. In a FINAL scheduled revision lesson
  3. In a timetabled lesson

If a subject has no further examinations, students are still expected to attend those lessons and use the time productively for independent revision in supervised classroom spaces.
